Winner in photo competition 2025

Thomas Gammelgaard from the Danish town of Knebel won 1st prize this year with his dreamy photo of two fishermen at the Lagan. Thomas receives a 2026 season fishing permit for the Lagan, as well as a few surprises. Congratulations!

Second prize went to Christel Pettersson from Mellbystrand for her lovely photo of the dog Ufo in the boat.

Last year’s winner, Verner Borg, came in third this year with his photo from Per Karls Hall.

Ashkan Akbari took fourth place with his picture from Lagaoset at sunset.

And finally, fifth place went to Heidi Rehorst with her photo from Gröningen.
